I’m Grace Samson-Song, and I created Soul Successful Woman specifically with you in mind. I know this stuff because I have walked this road. When I started out on my own journey, I remember a time that I felt stuck in a dark place. Although I had the top result from my class when I graduated, I felt “trapped”. I didn’t understand it then, but I was dying to be me. It got so painful that I took a risk to move to a new country to start a new career from the scratch – actually, many careers.
Since then, I have worked as a PR Director for a non-profit media agency, a TV presenter and video production trainer, an international events coordinator and conference emcee, corporate customer service trainer in retail and the hospitality sector. I have accumulated over 10 years experience as a corporate trainer, which naturally led to executive coaching.
Each time I felt stuck at any stage, I acknowledged this powerful statement: “Something’s got to change.”
So what is that “something” for you?
With every change I made along the way, I discovered more of the things that fulfilled me. It was not as easy as it seems. I was confronted with my own fears, but I didn’t let these fears own me.

OPTION 1 - PRIVATE VIP ONE-ON-ONE PACKAGE:
You will primarily meet privately with me for sessions via a video call. If you are in Silicon Valley, we could arrange to have some sessions in person.
The 6-month, 1-on-1 coaching program will be divided into 3 parts:
- Awareness: You will notice and reflect on how your life has panned out so far.
- Assembly: find and bring together parts of you that may have been scattered through life.
- Activation: make some tangible decisions to support the insights that you have gained about what matters to you.
This will include:
- Customized content for you, not a cookie-cutter program, because you are unique and different.
- Homework and assignments to be completed before each call.
- Assessments and tests where necessary.
- Full access to me via email and text in between calls
- Unparalleled one-on-one support and encouragement
What Happens When You Apply for private VIP coaching?
When you apply, the first step will be to have a free discovery session with me on the phone to see if we are a good fit for this coaching journey.
If we both feel that this is the right thing, you will be guided through the complete registration process.
After that, you will receive a welcome email from me, with further information regarding schedules, contracts, and commencement coaching date.
Everything you need to know about the coaching road map will also be included.
You will then be on your journey towards a bold transformation with me.
Option 2 - GROUP COACHING PROGRAM:
This is actually one of my favourite coaching program, where I work with a small group of women for a set period of time.
The Group Coaching program is a 3-month long commitment, divided into 2 parts:
- 8 weeks intensive learning and work
- 4 weeks activation support and accountability
- Maximum of 8 women at a time in a group
- priceless connection and support from your community of likeminded sisters
- Excellent for those who feel motivated when working with others.
- Harnessing the power of Synergy: 1+1=>2.
What Happens When You Apply for Group Coaching?
When you apply, i will guide you to select your start date and payment on the group coaching page.
You may need to be on a waitinglist, but usually the wait is not longer than 3 weeks after your application. This is to ensure that i fit you in with the right group that matches the goal of your coaching, and also where you can have the most resonance.
You will then receive a welcome package from me with the guidelines and schedule for the group sessions.
In addition to the group sessions, you will have one-on-one laser coaching sessions with me.
You will also be required to complete your homework before each session.

This program is different because most coaching programs will steer you more in the direction of how to best to compete in a man’s world, as you continue to sacrifice who you are in subtle ways.

That’s fine. You do not need any prior experience before hiring a coach. I will guide you and provide every information you need to reach your goals.
In my experience, you can have more than one coach in life, provided you are very clear on the areas that you want each coach to work with you on. You have more dimensions to you. It may actually be a powerful complement for you when you can get supported in various aspects of your life to accelerate your breakthrough.
I believe that true transformation takes time, although you may start experiencing results very early in our work together. It allows you time to deepen the breakthroughs and to stabilize the change happening. I do have options for shorter coaching, if you cannot commit to 6-months.
Yes you can. You can choose the Group coaching Program. It has a certain intensity that accelerates the process, if you prefer that. You can also discuss your goals, desired outcomes and priorities with me if these two options do not suit you.
The coaching sessions will primarily be virtual (via phone or video calls). If you are in the Silicon Valley area, we can have some sessions in person.
I am based in Silicon Valley, California. If you are outside of the USA, it will be a challenge on both sides, but still possible. I currently coach clients on various timezones.
