A BIT ABOUT ME

Let’s talk about Personal Disruption. It’s been a theme in my life.

  • I have moved countries a few times (Nigeria – South Africa – USA)
  • I have changed careers multiple times.
  •  I have taken the risk to travel the world (about 40 countries).
  • I married outside of what some may call “normal” because I got married much later in life, because I was busy with life, travel, adventures and fast-paced careers. I traveled to 5 continents before getting married.
  • I have reinvented myself personally and professionally a few times. When I was  single and living adventurously, I was afraid that marriage and motherhood would mean giving up my career. In my thirties, I faced my fears and learned how to let go that false belief through embracing my wider identity as a wife, and later on as a mother. This process made me even bolder in pursuing my dreams, and how to zero in on truly fulfills me professional woman. Fear can either freeze or FUEL us.
My success (my version) is that I have been able to gradually integrate who I am at my core into what I do professionally, and with a sense of personal fulfillment. The first step was to “define” my version of success – not what society tries to squeeze me into.
I have also realized in the process that life is not about how long you have lived, its really about how much you have risked. This is what matures you.

It didn’t start out that way. Growing up, I felt disjointed. The world tells us that if you are at the top,  then your life would matter. I graduated at the top of my class, but still I felt “something was missing.”

I transitioned dramatically (in spite of fear) from what I studied (Food Science & Technology) into the field of media + communication. I enjoyed communications because it felt closer to my passion and personality. After some years on this path, I started to feel yet a deeper desire inside me for something more.

Long story short, I didn’t just want my identity to be around my skills. I wanted to live in a flow regardless of what I did or what role I had. So I ensured my new opportunities were aligning with the person I was becoming. After lots of navigation, I’m at a place where even when my roles change, my core essence remains steady.

Now as a coach, I help bring all of these together for my clients so that they can step into their most powerful expression of life.
It’s not always about making drastic changes like career transitions, though sometimes it’s necessary to make a massive life change. It’s about getting the message that your soul is trying to tell you when you are feeling stuck. I made some painful changes, and I can help you accelerate and fast-track the process of getting aligned with your life purpose or next phase.

I have developed a proven coaching system that has helped hundreds of people already. I have also worked with different kinds of people in various sectors of life from over 22 countries, and many have experienced personal breakthroughs. The consistently stands out for me from my past clients how successful women that really resonate.

Here’s a few examples that have been instrumental to my creating this niche coaching:

  • A CEO of a successful company who attended my coaching program and asked me to be her executive coach. Initially, I thought she needed someone more of her peer in Business, not me since I am focused more on Soul Purpose. It then dawned on me that she was not asking me to coach her into being more financially successful and influential, she wanted to have her Soul become more aligned with her Success and her incredible giftedness. I’m glad I said yes to her.
  • Another moment of insight was when I went to my Gynaecologist, one of the best and most accomplished women in her own field. I told her that my hormones where all over the place, and her being intuitive and spiritually-minded, said to me: I get you, you are NOT one of those women who just wants to hang out in the park pushing a pram, while talking diapers (not that this is wrong), you have a career and purpose that stretches you… and she went on to share with me how she struggles with her own balance as a career woman, successful and yet, doesn’t quite fit the normal. She extended my consultation session, just because we enjoyed the resonance – someone who she could also share her own struggles while connecting so deep on a new level.
I could write a book on these types of conversations with successful women. I realized that “we” are out there, and I am passionate about coaching and supporting women like these – like me.
My corporate clients eventually become soul successful clients, and the beautiful part of it is that we still continue to do professional work together.
When I realized that spirituality and success can co-exist, and that women didn’t have to choose whether to be spiritual or successful, something clicked for me.

However, we cannot be successful and fulfilled if our soul is OUT OF ALIGNMENT with our Divine Purpose. When you start living out of your divine design, you will actually “laugh” at what the world defines as SUCCESS.
Success, in my opinion is when you know and become who God had in mind when He created you – and we can discover that together!

I work with successful women in the workplace, just like you. I provide a white space for professional women to think and create. I also  support my clients to find their personal and spiritual fulfillment so that they start living in alignment with their true life purpose, which brings more joy, peace and freedom.

Perhaps this describes your life…

Do you lie awake at night thinking it’s ridiculous that you still feel dissatisfied with your life, after all the success that you have achieved?

Do you feel some guilt for even thinking about the things that matter to you because of all your responsibilities in life?

Are you afraid that any changes you make in your life may rock the boat for you?

Does that sound like you?

As the days go by, this discontent in your soul gets louder.

The irony is that you are proud of your success because you are ambitious, determined, hardworking and committed to achieving your professional goals.

But you also have this nagging unresolved story hovering somewhere inside you, and you are not quite sure what to do with it. You have been able to suppress it by being strong and “getting on with life” but lately, it feels almost impossible to ignore.

You have carried the weight of responsibility for a long time. You have been strong for others, but now it’s your time.

It’s time to unlock your true soul purpose in order to support current stage of life, so that you can honor your deepest desires, live more fearlessly, and experience greater freedom and fulfillment that you crave in your life.

It’s possible you invested decades into your success as a professional woman, while you may have been abandoning your own needs. Your personal fulfillment is the next thing for you. You want to do something new and significant with your life. This is your time. It’s time to launch that new thing!
